Who am I?

David Agez

Founder & Architect of Archiprojets

I am 32 years old. Curious about everything, tired of nothing!

I have always moved forward in this way: by doing, testing, learning on the ground. I love when things come to life, when an idea becomes concrete, when a project really progresses 🚀

Sport is part of my balance. It grounds me, channels me, and also pushes me to go a little further, both physically and mentally 🏃‍♂️. Often outdoors, in contact with nature, where everything becomes simpler 🌿

Travel also holds an important place. It opens me up, helps me gain perspective, and allows me to see things differently. And above all, it reminds me that everything is a matter of perspective 🌍

I have a fast mind, sometimes going in all directions. For a long time, I tried to slow it down. Today, I have learned to give it direction, to structure this energy to make something useful 🧠

Professionally, I have evolved in demanding environments, between supply chain, logistics, international and project development. Contexts where you need to understand quickly, adapt, and move forward concretely ⚙️

FAQ ON ARCHIPROJETS

Because I am not just here to execute.
I like to take a step back, understand the stakes, set a structure... then build.
Like an architect, except here the foundations are human, business, and strategic 🧠

My role: to transform sometimes vague ideas into solid, useful projects... that really work.

 

Always with the same logic:
understand quickly, structure clearly, execute efficiently... then adjust.
I prefer a project that progresses efficiently rather than a perfect project... that remains stuck ⚡

Rhythm and clarity make up 80% of the work.

I don't stay on the surface (and even less in a PowerPoint).
I get involved in the operational side, I make decisions, I move things forward.
Generally, after a few weeks, I am no longer 'the consultant' but someone from the team 🤝

And it changes everything.

Much more than one might think.
Sport has taught me discipline, endurance, and the taste for effort.
Travel has taught me adaptability and openness.
As a result: I am comfortable with long, complex projects... and rarely linear ones 🌍

(a bit like a trail, after all)

Both... but clearly a lever today.
It allows me to grasp things quickly, make connections, and manage several topics in parallel.
The real subject is the framework. And I have built that over time ✨
